"Different stats and moves between level 26 and level 28"

#PokemonGO: Me and my cousin have been playing a bunch the past couple months and IV and moves have always been the same. We saw a post that was saying that they changed it to be different IV and moves for people under level 25, however we are both over level 25. There is a magmar nest near my house, so we went and caught both of them. They had same moves, but vastly different IV's. Came back to my house and caught an Exeggcute and Teddiursa, which both had different IV and moves. Am confuzzled. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2oR63YY
