"It seems Pokemon spawn stats may now be entirely random."

#PokemonGO: I was just playing with someone of the same level (29, I'm halfway through, they just levelled) and the pokemon we caught were all completely different (besides species) - CP/level, appraisal, and move set (sometimes the same, but that's expected from the few options).Anyone else noticed the same thing?EDIT: Comments in this thread are saying that level 30+ players will see the same pokemon (level, IVs, moves), but it is completely random below 30.
