#PokemonGO: TM (Technical Machine) (Very rare from Poké Stops, can also be bought from Shop)Choose a Pokémon's Fast move for 25 of that Pokémon's Candy, or its Charge move for 50 Candy. TM breaks after use. Protein (Very Rare from Poké Stops.)Increases the Attack IV stat of a Pokémon by 1 point. Consumed after use. Iron (Very Rare from Poké Stops.)Increases the Defence IV stat of a Pokémon by 1 point. Consumed after use. HP-UP (Very Rare from Poké Stops.)Increases the Stamina IV stat of a Pokémon by 1 point.
