"Ditto in the background of my catch screen?"

#PokemonGO: This happened just a few minutes ago while I was catching a Magnemite outside my apartment. I wasn't paying attention at first but after I landed my throw I noticed a Ditto in the background of my catch screen. Probably unrelated, but a few minutes before this occurance I had the "black box" bug while encountering another poke.Niantic?
