"Gym spoofing worse than ever?"

#PokemonGO: The gyms in my town were predominately battled between red and blue teams, but since last week, every gym here is level 10 blissey filled with never before seen level 40 instinct players. My guess is they got shadow banned and since they can no longer play the game their way, they might as well make everyone playing miserable. Are there any word from niantic if they're going to restrict gym access to shadow banned players? If not, why? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2rbKN4e
