"Is this considered cheating?"

#PokemonGO: I'm Mystic and my boyfriend is Instinct. Almost no Instinct gyms in the area and the ones we do have are most likely spoofers (solid level 10, big blissey presence).He generally has 0 gyms and I sit on between 15-20 without much effort at all (it's an overwhelmingly blue area).
