"Niantic's intentions are NOT to be Transparent / Communicate Openly"
#PokemonGO: Hello All,This is a list I compiled today at work per request of /u/liehonThis is meant to display that Niantic has no real intention of communicating with its player base. These are all questions that I know have been repeatedly asked about by numerous fans only to be ignored time and time again. This list is also off the top of my head, and I'm sure if I dedicated time to searching Reddit as well as there Social Media Platforms the list could be made ridiculously longer. Now without further ado, the various things we all want to know that Niantic remains silent on:Will the level cap be raised? Why does the Power up button disappear at 39?Will we ever be able to change movesets?Make Great/Ultraballs available in Shop? Potions/Revives?Why take your time releasing mons like Smeargle & Delibird so they're done "right" but ignore mons like Wobbuffet? Why can't we get a Tab on the in-game Tracker? Why didn't we get a bag upgrade at Gen 2 launch? Or increased max capacity for purchase?Any word at all about PoGO+ Bugs? Will there ever be an in-game chat function?Where are the rest of the shinies? No repercussions for blatant cheaters on YouTube? Why are spawn increase events biome dependent? Why not extend the event due to the frustration/delays of the launch?New content, ever?Hopefully this opens your eyes a bit, /u/liehon, as well as anyone else who thinks Niantic's communication attempts aren't just a ruse.Niantic's communication is often vague and almost always selective - which is not true transparency. As an end note, it is my personal opinion that their efforts at communication often make me feel like I'm listening to a Politician (and we all know they bullshit for a living). To quote one redditor on TSR, "they stick to scripts and anything outside of that just goes ignored." From what I've seen today, even their Responses to Shadow-Ban Appeals seem to be automated. via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2r36vHG
