"I believe that having the option to pull our own Pokemon out of a gym is the true key to stopping stagnation."

#PokemonGO: I don't like being at the mercy of other players in order to collect coins. Many places just don't have the level of activity to make this feasible. There are two main benefits that having this option would bring to the game:Trainers will be able to collect their now 50 coin daily limit when their Pokemon has defended for long enough (Total time defended of 8.3 hours divided among however many Pokemon).A Trainer pulling their Pokemon for coins opens up a spot for either another teammate to go in. The downside to this being that it makes it easier for the enemy teams to take over, and everyone else in the gym may not have hit their limit yet. There is no real reason to try defending a gym for a long period of time now, if you only get 50 coins at the end. High turnover areas still essentially get to collect their cap every day, as long as they can reach that total 8 hours defending. It's makes sense and is only fair to allow low turnover areas the same possibility. What other benefits can this bring? What possible drawbacks are there that haven't been considered?Edit - Random idea: What if time spent defending in excess of the coin cap rewarded something other than coins, like Stardust? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2sDib4e
