Almost all of the legendaries, despite some of them barely appearing, were actually CHARACTERS. First off, we have Lillie's bestest friend, Nebby. Nebby is an adorable little guy who seems somewhat mischievous but all around loving. Nebby also cares about other characters. Nebby loves Lillie, we know because of how it listens to her, follows her around, and the end card with it rubbing its face against her.The Tapus all have special attributes. Tapu Koko is a fickle guardian. It doesn't seem to protect to protect, but still cares, mostly about the greater good. It seems to be the most energetic of the Tapus, seeing how it moves and its eagerness to battle. Hala, the one who should know Koko best, wonders if it's fighting the Ultra Beast as a guardian or simply to battle.Tapu Bulu seems quick to anger, as indicated by its appearance as a bull. Bulu is also seen as lazy due to its rare appearance compared to its peers, and is otherwise peaceful. It is also said that it despises unneeded violence.Tapu Lele is described as "Guilelessly cruel". It is a kind but dangerous creature, and is childlike in a way. It's carefree.Tapu Fini is less of a character, and is more just a deity. This is likely because we don't hear much about it due to the lack of people on Poni islandNecrozma is a mystery.Though not all the legends are especially interesting, more than ever before had personalities outside of the movies.
