"[Idea] Niantic should allow users to bluetooth sync their Pokemon Go app with a fitness tracker of their choosing. As long as the app is open, whatever distance the user travels with the fitness tracker will get relayed as the distance traveled in-app."

#PokemonGO: An accurate distance tracking system will encourage more people to come back to the app and will encourage current users to go out more. People who have fitness trackers, but no longer use Pokemon GO, will feel more purpose to playing the game because they're rewarded for being active.Pokemon GO could be the fun gamification layer on top of running/jogging/walking that doesn't currently exist in the real world (other than losing weight).Turn real-life running into a game with a proper Pokemon GO + fitness tracker integration, Niantic. I promise this will be huge for the company. via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2sbOzvK
