"What species seem like they'd be best only found in specific climates/biomes?"
Sometimes it does feel as if the placement of Pokemon species can get a bit random, even though I think there's a ton of potential for certain habitat types being exclusively matched with finding certain species. I think we saw something like this in FR/LG. So here some of the concepts I had:Marine Surfing: Alomomola, Wailmer, Frillish, Tentacool, WingullMarine Fishing: Remoraid, Magikarp, Wishiwashi, CarvanhaMarine Fishing (tropical): Luvdisc, Bruxish, Quilfish, MantykeMarine Surfing (arctic): Seel, Lapras, Spheal, Piplup, OshawottDeep sea/sea floor: Chinchou, Clamperl, Relicanth, Corsola, Mareanie, Finneon.Sea floor (arctic): ShellderMarine sea weeds: Horsea, Skrelp, ClauncherMarine tide pools/beaches: Staryu, Binacle, Krabby, Shellos, Sandygast, Pyukumuku, Wimpod.Freshwater Surfing (or in nearby grass): Bidoof, Corphish, Psyduck, Poliwag, Wooper, Mudkip, Lotad, Buizel, Tympole, Ducklett, Surskit, DewpiderFreshwater fishing: Goldeen, Stunfisk, Feebas, Barboach, BasculinMarshes could have a mix of freshwater and marine species."Butterfly Garden": Wurmple, Caterpie, Scatterbug, Larvesta, Venonat. via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2rofXFr
