"[Complaint] Legendary Raids need more frequent spawns after work hours"

#PokemonGO: 2 days in a row now, Lugia has spawned at 7am (UK time) in our local town. It is hard enough to get enough players anyway, we are fairly organised with an FB Group etc. but these ridiculous spawn times are killing us - no way we can assemble a big group when everyone is just waking up and going straight to work. Essentially we are now left with a lucky dip as to whether a Legendary will spawn after 5pm from Mon-Fri. I think Niantic need to look at this and increase the probability of a spawn after normal working hours (obviously will change for each time zone).
