"Loading Screen Analysis: Can they win that raid?"

#PokemonGO: I can't help but thinking about the loading screen raid image and wondering just how screwed that raid team is against the Tyranitar. So, I decided to do the math to see just how much they'd get destroyed. You can see the full calculations on this spreadsheet.AssumptionsWhen the attackers shown faint, they are replaced by another identical attackerAll attackers are at their max CP possibleAll attackers have the best possible moveset to use against TyranitarTyranitar has the worst possible moveset (Iron Tail/Fire Blast)Perfect dodgingConclusionsAt the end of the battle, Tyranitar will still have 1797 HP remaining (24%)Taking it furtherIt looks like there's space for one more attacker that's currently out of view because it's behind Tyranitar. Let's assume that it's a Counter/Dynamic Punch Machamp! Now, the attacking team can win the raid with about 20 seconds remaining!TLDR: The loading screen team gets smashed unless there's Machamp hiding in the backEdit: Now no dodging and you can use more than 6 of an attacker via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2talbUc
