Probably not, but the idea popped in my head a little bit ago. Hopefully it wouldn't be too obvious until the climax of the game's story. Maybe your rival and/or the enemy team boss turn out to be the good guys and help you realize you've been tricked by the Prof. (something kind of like Alain and Lysandre's relationship).Maybe the Prof. studies legendary Pokemon and is using you to get close to and capture whatever legendary Pokemon are in the game. Says it's for the sake of just temporarily studying them, but actually has some kind of ulterior motive.Let me know if you have anything to add, some alternate ideas, or even if you just want to tell me my idea is bad and I should feel bad. via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2usiBfh
