"PSA: If an egg hatches during a raid, the hatching sequence cancels the bonus capture challenge"

#PokemonGO: Happened to me yesterday. Fought a Bayleef and finished it off. Afterwards, I received my items and the game calculated the bonus premier balls I would have to catch it. But instead of being able to capture it, the egg hatching animation started (most likely due to ridiculous GPS drift during that time). Afterwards, the game proceeded to the overview of my hatched Pokemon, pretending that there was no bonus challenge at all. Most likely a bug. Obviously, I will not try to reconfirm this with another egg/raid. Interestingly, afterwards I was still able to join a group for the same raid boss, but I got kicked out of the fight as soon as it started with an accurate "error".Thanks, <80% IV Pichu. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2scsJ7S
