"PSA: Try adding a defender even if the add Pokemon button is grayed out"

#PokemonGO: Maybe this is well know, but I didn't realize and have definitely passed up a lot of gyms and missed out on a lot of coins because of it. I was finding friendly gyms with open spots but was disappointed that the button was grayed out (like the bug after capturing a gym when it used to say gym is under attack) and just moved on. Yesterday I tried clicking on it anyway, and it worked! It also worked for my gf and we were able to do this with 3 different gyms. I think it must have something to do with network lag? It may not work every time, but it's definitely worth trying!Edit: Tldr there seems to be a visual bug that grays out the add Pokemon button on a friendly gym, but the button will sometimes still function as intended and allow you to add a Pokemon. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2tXVIxG
