"That feeling when you load up an old Pokémon game that you haven't looked at for years."

So I recently was going through a bunch of my old DS games and found some Pokémon games and thought "Lets load these up fuck it." An holy crap I have never had nostalgia like this before. I was just flooded with memories of this game, but also the person that shared a love of these games with me. My cousin and we were inseparable, best friends, and he was like my brother. We played these games together. Laughed at how Nurse Joy would always say "Hope to see you again!" And when I was about 11 or 12 he moved to Nevada from Minnesota. And I was heartbroken because at our age we really had no way of contacting each other. And I went four years without seeing him or talking to him much if at all. Maybe once on the phone.
