"Why didn't Niantic implement the automatic return of Pokemon from gyms when their motivation hits zero?"

#PokemonGO: This would solve all sorts of problems the current gym system has.Remote gyms could be safely used with out risk of your Pokemon staying there for days/weeks on endRemote gyms would be easy to beat with no one feeding berriesIt would reduce gym stagnation as some gyms may fall without them being attackedPutting in high level Pokemon would again be useful for securing a gym for a short period of time.Has anyone got a reason why an automatic return with zero motivation would be a bad idea?Edit :Some of the comments here seem to see a loop hole where this could be exploited. I would be happy if the pokemon were returned when and only when the entire gym was at zero motivation. This way you could say the team has abandoned the gym. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2t5N7vX
