"Why you sometimes get "Not very effective" when damage should be neutral."

#PokemonGO: When attacking a dual-type Pokemon where your attack should be neutral you often get "Not very effective". An example of this is when you use Grass to attack Gyarados (Water/Flying).My theory is since the SE and NVE multipliers are 1.4 and 0.714 respectively, when multiplied together you get 0.9996 instead of 1. Since this is less than 1, the game says "Not very effective" but in reality that small of a difference wouldn't have any effect. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2ty6PQA
