"Would releasing Gen 3 in the near future just be putting a band-aid over a bullet hole?"
#PokemonGO: Ultimately, I'm just interested in hearing the community's views as the game still has no content, but I see a lot of hype for Gen 3 release and can't fathom why.As it stands, with no new content aside from scheduled Raids, PoGO feels more like a chore than something I pull out to play for fun/exercise. This app had so much potential and yet it seems filling the pokedex (collecting) is still the only activity/goal.I thought they stated this game was like 10-15% complete? If so, when are they going to polish it? After all 800+ Pokémon are released? If this is truly the depth of the game how many generations will you actively go out collecting before no longer caring?I'm having a hard time grasping what Niantic's priorities and long term objectives are because it seems that this game just keeps re-releasing Pokémon that you can't do anything with. It honestly feels like they are leeching off the Pokémon IP with no intention of building around it or expanding their own game, and I'd expect each time they recycle this same concept to be less and less lucrative. At this point, am I the only one who feels that spending money on this game would be analogous to buying fake Pokémon cards? via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2wjwNpK
