"Around 51% of players believe in "Don't Press Okay" thing"
#PokemonGO: This is a very interesting topic i wanted to share with you guys. I had the interest on this issue because i watched some Youtube videos where the players would brag about people pressing OK,So taking an opportunity that i'm an adiministrador in a Pokémon GO page, i decided to translate and share the infographic from BiscottiePippen on how the catch mechanic works, but i took the oportunity to add on the infographic the message disregarding the "Don't Press Ok" myth knowing that i was going to get some awnsers around thatThis is the original post from BiscottiePippen if anyone interested http://ift.tt/2xuEyN0 (thanks bro)And to my surprise i received more interesting results than i actually predicted. I gathered around the info of 189 players and here are the results;http://ift.tt/2vTlZxd you can see, around 51% of players believe that the Dont Press Ok thing is real, while only 32% don't believe it. Oddly enough. I honestly did not except the majority to believe in it, but rather less than half.Around 12% (12.19%) of the people who believe on the trick heavily defended it, with three entries of people calling the game formula "bullshit." and even a funny one saying "this math formula is retarded."A lot of people also either believed in both or didn't care, with some being sarcastic (around 17%).So there you go. I strongely believe that the Don't Press Ok Myth is the new Press A+B to shake myth. It's kinda funny, but i saw people getting angry to other players because people pressed OK, and considering that Pokémon GO is a social game, this myth is more resounding than the A+B. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2w62BkT
