"I know the last ball glitch is fixed but here's another observation I've had about the last ball."

#PokemonGO: Today I caught a Raikou on my last ball, the first time I have caught a raid boss with the last ball ever. In the past few days since they fixed the last ball glitch I have had 6 Raikou run from me. All of them broke out immediately and ran. No shakes, no rolls, just pop and poof. Could be coincidence but...I believed that the last ball glitch was fixed since I heard others saying they caught one with their last ball even though I hadn't yet. Anyways the first one I caught was also the first I ever saw go beyond one shake of the pokeball.It made me wonder since they didn't actually fix the first ball glitch: Did they just fix the last ball glitch in some bootleg way and now it either:A)Breaks out instantly and runs.orB)Shakes three times and is caught.So my question would be, has anyone had more than one shake on their last ball and not caught a raid boss?Edit: This post/video is evidence https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4RypRXeBHh4. He doesn't catch it and it breaks instantly on last ball. Of course all we would need is one counterexample to disprove.Edit2 more evidence: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sR_VEE-m1hw around 7:40 he throws his last ball. It breaks out and runs immediately. He then even says "it always breaks out immediately" or something similar.Final Edit: After reading everyone's comments it seems most are experiencing the same thing, with one outlier. And then /u/Namnotav mentioned that he suspects this is just how a pokemon flees: If it is going to flee, it busts out of the ball immediately. My gut feeling is that this is correct. Will have to watch more closely though on my next batch of normal encounters. Anyways if this is true then the moral of the story is: If your last ball shakes once on a raid boss, you've already caught it.
