"[Question] Is anyone experiencing complete lack of TM drops?"

#PokemonGO: I can say for sure that this week I did 8 Entei raids of which I have not received a single one TM.I sometimes change timezone on my phone to GMT+13 to move to next day and get my spin/pass/catch early... Likely not related but?Some more info: all Entei encountered were poor IVs like 1890-1850,, also I am getting other rewards like GoldRazz or RareCandy.[EDIT] Thank you all for your comments, clearly some of us are having the same issue, while others do get TMs consitenly.
