"A Comparison of Charge Moves"

#PokemonGO: The well informed traveler knows about DPS (despite it being over-emphasized) and also DPE. Apart they don't really tell you much about the move, but together they show the charge move's true potential. I've taken these two measurements and multiplied them together to get Damage squared Per Second-Energy or (DPSE). While this metric isn't perfect, it is useful. Disclaimer, some moves don't appear to be doing so hot on with these calculations that I know are pretty good moves. I've found that they tend to be 3 bar moves that are extremely quick (like X-Scissor). I believe the reason they fall behind is because the smallest amount can drastically alter where they fall in this line-up.Finding the Average and Standard Deviation, we can show approximately how much better some moves are than others.
