"Anyone else feeling underwhelmed?"
#PokemonGO: I've enjoyed countless hours of hunting. I'm currently level 36 and have caught everything except regionals and Mewtwo, but ever since raids came out it's been really hard to find a reason to play. Don't get me wrong, I still play when I can, but anytime I hear news about what's going on I end up feeling disappointed.Sitting on over 150 rare candy and having everything but Mewtwo, I don't see much reason to raid or grind for candies. I can't justify randomly going out to raids in hopes that I get an ex invite because work takes up 50 hours a week minimum, and there's no guarantee that I'll get invited or be able to go when others are doing the raid. All of the events looked amazing, but being that I couldn't attend any just made me feel like I was really missing out and Niantic didn't seem to care that small subsets of players got a plethora of unowns and outside regionals while the rest of us just got to watch.I try to take a full day to play during every event that I can participate in, but each event feels more like a money grab than the last. These boxes with super incubators, the boxes for raid passes when those are new etc. But at this point in the game it's hard to want to buy anything when there's no new content, especially nothing for players like me who have reached a high level and have been loyal players since day 1.I think the main kicker is that again, raids have been the only major update aside from gen 2 since the have came out, but Niantic keeps doing things that isolate payers or make life for people with full time jobs much more difficult. How have you guys felt over the last few months? What motivates you guys to keep playing? And what upcoming updates are you most excited about? via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2h09D16
