"[EX Raid] A bad experience from a group of Brazilian players"

#PokemonGO: So, 45 players from Rio Claro, a small city of São Paulo in Brazil, got their Ex raid passes like everyone this week. They were able to participate a mewtwo raid on Saturday at 12pm-13pm. So, everyone was really happy and anxious to get their mewtwo, and some of them related that they dreamed about getting their mewtwo. However, at 10 am or something on Saturday for no reason they realized that their passes disappeared from their bag. I mean all 45 player's passes were gone magically. So, they waited until 12pm to see what would happen during the Ex raid time supposed to be mewtwo. However, it was a level 2 raid instead. So, they contacted to Niantic support telling about what happened, and Niantic replied something like it would happened in case of not battling the raid during the estimated time. 45 players would not lose their passes like that if it was not true, and they still not have their passes back.
