"Lugia, the underrated attacker"

#PokemonGO: Hey travellers. Understand that today is the 1st day of the legendary beasts swap, so the focus and excitement is on them.However, having maxed out a Lugia recently ( all thanks to this double-stardust event ), he is actually not that bad, and in fact, quite underrated. While most will deem him as a slow "flying Snorlax", his neutral dps is as good as a Vaporeon instead of a Snorlax.To me, any pokemon that can down a 3K+ CP Blissey without time-out is considered having decent dps imho. Lugia achieved this and even able to tank through a non-DG Blissey without dodging, something not alot of pokemon is able to do so.His high defense stat makes him an extremely potion-efficient generalist, and Sky Attack is actually a pretty good dodging moveset (with just 2 sec cast-time), and also very good for lower motivated gym clearance ( in the 2nd or 3rd pass ).Plus, he is also the ONLY pokemon that can truely solo a Machamp Raid Boss in a 1v1 fight ( something which not even a Mewtwo can achieve ), as simulated by pokebattler. Of course, this will require perfect dodging, but will be a good challenge to those solo-ists out there!Even without dodging, he can single-handedly take out more than half of Machamp's HP, so another technique can be, at his low HP, go back to lobby and heal back full ( single hyper pot is sufficient ) and rejoin to continue.TL;DR, if u need to off-load rare candies from your bag space, can consider Lugia.Anyway, here's a video comparison on this flying fortress. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2wsdHgh
