"New Insight on EX Raids"

#PokemonGO: In the last round of EX passes that went out I checked with my coworkers to see if they had gotten a pass and one of them did.This co-worker has only done raids with me as I've been the one to pull him out of the office to do them. In doing so he was lucky enough to get an EX raid pass about a month ago. He was unable to attend the EX raid, I completed the raid for him. In this recent batch he got an EX raid pass from the same raid that had the previous EX raid, he has not done a raid there since I did it for him.I did email Niantic about having done all of the raids that my co-worker has done and asked them why I did not get a pass""I see that you have not received Ex Raid pass. In this case, I would like to inform that if you continue successfully completing Raid Battles and continue defeating the Raid Bosses at the Gym(s) where an EX Raid Battle will take place, you'll have the opportunity to earn another invitation soon!"Sadly, that was not the answer I was looking for. I asked again and I'm still waiting on an answer.I am unsure of what else there is in this system to leave me out of this EX raid as each of the raids we both did. My only other and I say this very strongly, speculation, is that they may choose a player that is less active to get them more interested in playing. He currently has 9 legendary raids completed (1 of them being the EX raid) I have over 230 legendary raids completed. I do not expect to get an EX raid pass for the number of raids I have done.
