"Niantic needs to consider the number of EX-Raids completed in pass distribution."

#PokemonGO: As the top comment here points out, many are annoyed that they haven't received any EX Raid Passes and others have received as many as five.If Niantic insists on this flawed system, it seems an obvious improvement would be to choose players who have received fewer passes over those who have received more. Or, to be fair to those who don't catch the EX Raid boss, choose players who have caught fewer EX Raid bosses.I'm not suggesting that everyone in the world gets a Mewtwo before anyone gets their second one. This doesn't have to be an absolute deciding factor over who gets a pass and who doesn't. It just needs to be one aspect to consider when choosing who to send passes to.Currently it's clear the "number of previous EX Raids" isn't even a factor in their pass distribution equation, and since they're apparently still testing, it seems like a good idea to point this out now.EDIT: The top comment in the linked thread was removed, but commented on the frustration of having not received an EX Raid pass when others had received 3-5 of them. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2zddylZ
