"Giovanni's Mewtwo possibly at Lv. 100"
So I recently summarized the new trailers released today and thought I noticed everything important, but I missed a peculiar detail. In the long japanese trailer, we can see some of the evil team leader's Pokemon in action. The first important thing to notice is that Lysandre sends out his Pyroar in a Master Ball and that it's Level 65.This leaves room for speculation as to how he acquired that Master Ball and why one of his long-time companions is in one. After all, that would mean that Lysandre succeeded really early in his timeline (e.g. by taking over the Pokeball factory). This also suggests that the Rainbow Rocket arc is postgame content as you wouldn't face such a strong opponent before completing the main game.It gets even more interesting when we see Giovanni's Mewtwo in action. We don't see its level, but it uses it's signature move, Psystrike! The twist: Mewtwo learns Psystrike at Lv.100! And to make things worse, Mewtwo is also in its Mega Form. So what does this mean?Giovanni possesses the ability to mega evolve his Pokemon despite coming from the non-mega universeassuming that Game Freak didn't pull a Lance, we are seriously supposed to fight a Lv. 100 uber. This would also mean that the evil team leaders are not all equally strong but tiered, since Lysandre's Pokemon are mid 60s.Could this be? Or is this more to the likes of lv 50 Dragonite hax?Edit: To all people who are going to say "no way they're pulling this off, it would be way too op!", here is another important bit: Right after they show us the team leader's Pokemon, we see the protagonist fighting at Rocket HQ, and he is using legendaries himself. I don't know why, but maybe GF will allow us to use someone's legandaries to defeat the team leaders despite becoming stronger with each fight. via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2j1ojkx
