"Pokemon Hidden Abilities that are Really Genetic Defects"

Hidden abilities can be really useful and powerful tools for pokemon that have been raised and given moves to help them benefit from their differences. However, hidden abilities are very rare and can set a pokemon apart from the rest of its kind, quite like a genetic mutation.I just went through too many Fomantis to count trying to get one with Contrary, and I realized one thing, it would suck to be a wild Fomantis with Contrary. At their level, they don't have any moves that would help them take advantage of the ability, and the one that I found actually used Growth many times trying to keep up with its Leaf Guard brothers and sisters.So I'm wondering, what other Pokemon have hidden abilities that would actually hinder them when you encounter them in the wild.
