"Something I realized recently: The theme that plays during your birthday in the Pokemon Center seems to be different in the Japanese version"

If this is already common knowledge, please feel free to delete, but I haven't really seen much on it. I'm also not sure if this counts as a "declarative" post as in the rules, but I don't really know any other way to share this.So I was compiling a playlist of Pokemon music and I was using Bulbapedia to check if there was anything missing. On the XY soundtrack page, it gives a link to two different versions of the theme that plays on your birthday. I went to try and look for it on YT, but there was no clean rip that I could find.Something interesting that I found is that the different theme was from the Japanese version. I looked up other videos of this in Japanese and it was the same every time. The Japanese version is an arrangement of the "Happy Birthday To You" song, while the international version plays a arrangement of the Pokemon Center theme. Although when you exit and re-enter the Pokemon Center in the Japanese version, it changes to the international version for the rest of the dayWhat's also interesting is that despite what Bulbapedia says, the Japanese version is NOT on the official ORAS soundtrack like the international one. I checked this on the ORAS Bulbapedia page and on iTunes. This makes me think that it has something to do with copyright. According to this, the song only entered the public domain for good last year. I'm not an expert in copyright law, but Japan seems like it can get away with this sort of thing more often eg.
