"[Complaint]In my city spoofers are EXcluding legit players"

#PokemonGO: For a long time, my city didn't host any EX raids. Fortunately this has changed some time ago, and the last couple of weeks there was 1 EX raid per week in my city. In the first EX raid most if not all of the players were legit. Fast forward to this week. This week there was an EX raid with a couple of legit players and a much bigger group of spoofers and spoofer supporters. Among them one of the biggest spoofers of the city who keeps spoofing us out of gyms. We started a conversation with him about how spoofing ruins the game for everyone else. Even saying that spoofing is cheating gets them upset. Then the spoofergroup decided to exclude the legit group from the EX raid. They managed to do it by themselves, but with a smaller group of legit players the result would be that they wouldn't get Mewtwo.Next week there will also be an EX raid in my city. It came as a surprise where the EX raid will be hosted. There was another gym in the same level 12 S2 cell with a high raid activity that week. The gym itself had no interesting raids for the whole week, so almost no legit player raided there. When people got the passes, it became immediately clear why that gym was chosen and not the other one. Spoofers massively reported that they got a pass, which means that they did all the lower level raids and may have triggered the EX raid. The few legit players with an invite are pretty outspoken about spoofers. The spoofers have decided to exclude the legit players because of that. We don't know what will happen exactly, but it doesn't look good.I have yet to receive my first Mewtwo, but spoofers may be the biggest problem to get one. Firstly they raid at gyms which are only discussed in the spoofers groups, so they may trigger EX raids in different gyms but in the same level 12 S2 cells as the gyms where I have raided. Secondly if there is only one other legit player at the EX raid, I won't be able to catch Mewtwo because the spoofers hate us.Is there anything the legit players can do to alter the situation? Reporting doesn't work, because Niantic doesn't care about spoofers. Talking to them doesn't work, because they are totally unreasonable.
