"Niantic should do an event over the summer where all the old legendary pokemon come back as 1 star raids for a while so people who missed out can fill their pokedex and farm candies"

#PokemonGO: Bringing the legendary pokemon back as 1 star raid bosses for a week or two, or the anniversary can be a great move on niantics part to make extra money on raid passes, and increase the player base. Having the legendarys come back at 1 star will mean lower level and cp legendaries, but it can be a big win for making players want to get out and raid.I know many players have missed out on the legendarys due to lack of players to complete the raids, so having them able to be soloed would bring more players out to raid. Overall, i think it would be a smart move and cant see any negatives with it.Another thing i would like to point out, is that the current 1 and 2 star raid bosses are really underwhelming and dont really encourage me to have me waste a raid pass on them.
