"Research request: EX raid distrubution to people who have kids who raid exclusively with them, with one account meeting the EX raid criteria better than the other."
#PokemonGO: Hello, I am convinced that the EX raid distribution does not accurately match the posted developer's notes and in fact works OPPOSITE as intended, with lower number of raids and lower gym badge level increasing the odds of receiving an EX pass. I think a good way to determine whether the distribution is in fact this way is to create a poll for people who have kids who play exclusively with them. For example: My friend who is level 40 has 2 kids who play, one is level 30 and the other just started playing 2 weeks ago and is around level 20. The kids only ever raid with their dad (dad raids more often but without them), and during the last EX raid to come to our town the lowest level player of the 3 of them was the only one to receive a pass. Of the people who play in my town, there is not one example of the more active raider in a pair being the one to receive the EX pass. I am not experienced at making polls, but I think if we collected enough data around this it would help is determine beyond a reasonable doubt whether the EX raid system distributes passes as advertised, is completely random, or if it prioritizes oppositely than as advertised. If someone thinks this is a good idea and is good at polling please take this idea and run with it! via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2meyjWj
