"Whitney’s Miltank"

So I purchased Pokémon Crystal for the 3DS a few days ago, and I finally made it to Whitney today. I had my Bellsprout use Stun Spore on her Miltank, but it broke through paralysis FOURTEEN TIMES IN A ROW. It hit every move too, even though it was at -1 Accuracy.
