"Niantic's support email is garbage."

#PokemonGO: Am i right? I somewhat remember that when i asked that legendary raids are impossible for small cities (like me), they literally responded to me with most primitive tip for new players: "Legendary raids are not same as gym battles. You need to gather with friends to beat them and then catch them with Premier balls." I can't find it, but even if i didn't found it, trust me, they all always are responding with these type of stupid answers.
