My husband told me there aren’t any shinies in Gen II. So when our 9yo said “hey, a shiny!” when I ran into a spinarak, I was like “nah buddy, not in this game” and killed it.It was shiny.I fucking wild shiny in my first run through Gold.I killed it.On purpose.Lesson learned, trust the kid.facepalm via /r/pokemon http://ift.tt/2nwWjnm
