"Hatch eggs quicker, a forgotten method?"

#PokemonGO: So to everyone trying to hatch as many eggs as possible here's a not so well known (anymore) way to do it:You will need to figure out your own spot but pick 2 locations 1.2km apart or less. When you pull up the game at point A let it load the Pokemon in and then hit the home button to minimize the game. Drive to point B and wait up to 4 minutes (1.2km is 4 minute wait, .8km is 3 minute wait, etc.) DO NOT PULL UP THE GAME UNTIL THE TIME HAS PASSED. Pull up the game after the wait time and DON'T MOVE. It may take up to a minute but when the game loads you will get credited for the fill distance! Note: go+ can NOT ve connected.I've been doing this for well over a year every single time I got to 7-11 and back home (2 or 3 times a day). You may need to play around to get the feel for it but it is extremely easy once you get the hang of it. You can easily hatch a 2k in 10 minutesThis was quite known last year but lately everyone I've told has had no idea so I figured maybe some of you traveller could enjoy it too, especially for this event. If this type of post has become frowned upon here, due to it being a bug of sorts, just let me know and I will remove it. Have fun guys (and gals) and happy hatching :DEdit: I did not include drive time in the wait time so the in game time between opened is longer than 4 minutes per 1.2km. Most drives plus 4 minute wait time would put a 1.2 km drive at around 7 minutes. On occasion it may not work, it does happen on occasion but usually is user error (I wait too long/not long enough).I don't suggest doing this as a solution to not walking, just for quick trips or short commutes when you wouldn't be able to play normally. As others mentioned below it is also helpful to people who bike, skate, and run who don't get proper distance tracked. via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2IOnDqK
