"Pokémon Go helped me not to think about grief but didn't do much about my OCD (especially when it comes to mass transfer 'mons)"

#PokemonGO: Pokémon Go helped me not to think about the loss of a loved one. It was a violent death. Grief was swallowing me whole and keeping my mind busy with Pokémon Go helped me to only think about the game. But, like I said in the title, didn't do much for my OCD. For instance, I have to appraisal a 'mon at least 3 times before it feels right. Whenever I transfer a Pokemon there is a huge ritual before doing that because I have to be sure I don't commit mistakes. Recently I lost some legacy moves using TMs and now whenever I use a TM I fear to commit the same mistake and therefore I have to check multiple times. Mass transfer is a scary move for me, because of the risk of transferring the wrong 'mons or the ones with legacy moves. But my box is now almost full with 1497 'mons and I have to use the mass transfer even if I don't want to. Even though I can't use mass transfer on my 300 events Pikachu. So I'm seeking your advice on how to proceed to clean my box. It must be very specific and possibly efficient. I thought about doing 1497 screens and then use some app to check every single IV, like Poke Genie, but it would take too much time and the chances of making mistakes are high this way. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2FdujMW
