"Favorite/Least Favorite Example of The Anime's Exaggeration?"

It's what the title says. If you don't understand, I mean when the Anime takes something from the games (an ability, or move) and makes it way more OP than it should be. Examples are things such as how String Shot in game is a speed lowering move, and basically useless, but in the Anime your Caterpie can use String Shot to not only slow down, but completely stop, and even body slam your opponent! (exaggeration)My favorite (as biased as it is) is Chimchar's Blaze. This is literally the most basic AND common starter ability- for Fire types, of course- but the D/P Anime made it seem so powerful and great, it made Infernape SO GOOD, he ended up being Ash's ace in the D/P Anime. We also saw another thing like it in the beginning of the Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Adventure Manga, in Volume 1, with Hareta and his Piplup having Torrent, another extremely basic starter move. It seems like Gen 4 likes this boost, huh?I want to know what you guys think of these things and if you have a favorite or least favorite, as well as if you think any of them are actually reasonable. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/2qyFqKz
