"SoulSilver/HeartGold are still the greatest Pokemon games made"

Being born in 2000, it was my first Pokemon game (excluding mystery dungeon red) and I played the shit out of it. Now, almost 10 years later, I have played all the Pokemon games yet none have made me feel as good as SS/HG has. Maybe it was because it was my first one, but it really is such a great game. Johto being the BEST region (fight me), very charming graphics, music, great online play, POKE-WALKER, the buddy Pokemon that follows you around, everything about it. I feel like in the recent entries like Sun & Moon have lost something compared to it, but I can't put my finger on it as I really enjoyed these games too.
