"Why aren't TMs given as rewards for difficult field research quests?"

#PokemonGO: I don't see a reason why TMs can't be included as a possible reward for a difficult piece of field research. I'm thinking something like "Win 10 gym battles" or "Evolve 20 Pokemon". Right now, TMs are highly correlated with raid boss level (source), so rural players who don't have large groups to raid with are left out. We also know that in the original post had an image with a TM as a reward for "Win 3 raids". I for one would be very happy to have a new way to get TMs outside of spamming T5 raids.Edit: I found a previous post here with some discussion on this already via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2Hy73hi
