"0.103.2 can't refresh the game after the phone is locked for a while"

#PokemonGO: Since updating, there have been a few times now that if I leave the game running, lock my phone, then come back to it after about an hour, the game won't refresh/reload anything.The pokeball keeps spinning, nearby is blank, and gym badges and trainer medals are all gone. Waited 10 minutes and nothing loaded until a reboot. Normally it will update everything after 30 seconds.Anyone else seeing this? via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2wwzHep
