"Is there anything special I can do to find more shinies?"

#PokemonGO: I've only seen two shinies ever: pikachu during the event and a magicarp during the wailmer event. I've done shiny checks on every shiny possibility and still nothing (I'm at around 450 seen for makuhita and meditite). I understand they have a super rare spawn rate but its frustrating seeing so many people with multiple shinies and I can't even find the ones during the events. Just was wondering if anyone knew if there was any tricks to finding them or if they knew if they're more common where lots of pokemon spawn or where you only get one or two at a time. via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/2Ihy1a2
