"Really confused on IVs, perfection, etc; looking for answers for several questions."

#PokemonGO: -I don’t understand how IVs/IV Calculators work. With a game like FE Heroes, they’re prettu simple. Check the stat, it can be one of three values, and you can calculate boon and bane from there. But in GO, enter the necessary info and you can have up to 15 possible IV sets. How come we can’t see exactly what it is?-With powering up a Pokémon, does the powerup reset upon evolution? Is there any reason to power up before evolution?-What perfection percentage threshold is considered good in a competitive sense? Like, 80%? 90%?-A Pokémon’s IVs and movesets stay the same upon evolution, right?-How do I know if a Pokémon has the right moveset?Edit: Thanks for all the helpful replies guys! Hopefully this can be useful for anyone else wondering the same things! via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2sDWlfD
