#PokemonGO: Since IV get rerolled somewhere between 5-15 at best (ultra friends) the chance of actually getting a good IV Lucky Pokemon are pretty low. Could this be a way from Niantic to try and counteract people caring too much about IV, so they are just giving you Pokemon with a 50% dust discount to encourage you just powering something up and using it even if it's possibly trash. via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/2A3Mqqz
