"Missed a really strong Pokémon"

#PokemonGO: So a couple days ago, I saw something I hadn’t seen in over a year.A pokemon with mystery cp.At the time, i didn’t know what it meant, and I used a normal razz berry+ultra ball on it (forgot about my golden razzes) it escaped, and immediately fled.
