"New Email from Pokemon GO Fest- Sleep In No Lines at 2018 Go Fest"

#PokemonGO: Hello Trainer!We hope you’re excited for Pokémon GO Fest 2018! As you get ready for the event, we wanted to give you some tips to help you make the most of your experience.1. Sleep in a LittleThere will be NO lines to enter Pokémon GO Fest this year! The North and South entrances will be open for all, so you don’t have to worry about getting up early to get a good spot in line. Simply show up at 10:00 a.m. and scan your unique QR code at one of the many check-in PokéStops at your designated entrance to begin your adventure!Note: There will be no Pokémon or PokéStops visible in Lincoln Park unless you have a ticket and have checked into the event. Pokémon will only appear within the park after 10:00 a.m for Trainers who have checked in, and they will only appear on the day that their ticket is valid for.2. Traverse the Entire ParkThere are more than 50 species of Pokémon to discover at Pokémon GO Fest, but you can’t find them all in one place! Make sure you’re venturing out into each of the four habitats to see a variety of Pokémon.3. Come Prepared for the WeatherIt’s going to be HOT in Chicago this weekend, Trainers! Make sure to bring water to stay hydrated while you play. There will also be free water stations throughout the park for everybody to use. Don’t forget to wear weather-appropriate clothing and plenty of sunscreen. There is also a chance that inclement weather, such as rain or thunderstorms, will occur. Pokémon GO Fest is a rain-or-shine event, so come prepared to stay dry while exploring!4. Take in the ViewThere will be plenty of amazing sights at the event, including fun photo opportunities with Spark, Blanche, Candela, Professor Willow, Pikachu, Eevee, and more! The stunning habitats also provide the perfect backdrop for AR photos with various Pokémon throughout Lincoln Park. Be sure to share your photos with us using #PokemonGOFest2018 on your preferred social channels, and you may be featured on the various screens within the team tents.5. Participate in ContestsContests will be hosted every 30 minutes at every team tent and habitat for exclusive prizes that you can only get at Pokémon GO Fest 2018!6. Make New FriendsTrainers are coming to Pokémon GO Fest from all over the world! We encourage everybody to make some new friends and play together.7. Explore ChicagoLincoln Park is beautiful, but don’t forget to also explore the rest of Chicago! There will be special Pokémon appearances and Raid Battles taking place throughout downtown Chicago all weekend, so take advantage of this on the day you don’t have a ticket to Pokémon GO Fest.
