"Official Niantic loudspeaker announcement at Safari Zone Dortmund: only one device per trainer!"

#PokemonGO: I couldn't find any post bringing this information from Dortmund Safari Zone the SilphRoad yet. I decided to share it with you because I think it is a remarkable detail.All over Westfalenpark in Dortmund there were loudspeakers for official announcements. Everyone in the park and at the entrances could here them loud and clear in english and german language. When I was there at sunday the three main messages were:Please use WiFi. The "Team Lounges" have free WiFi zones.Use only one device per trainer!By playing Pokemon Go and entering the park you agree to the terms of sevice and trainer guidelines.If anyone has the exact wording or video/audio record of the announcements please share it with us.The majority of people in the park followed the one device per trainer rule. But I would guess at least 10% of trainers were playing with multiple devices and multiple accounts simultaneously. In Dortmund downtown the situation was a little different. A lot more people there (I'd guess ~20-30%) used more than one device. I saw three people with 5 or more devices. Two of them were carrying the phones on a tray, the other one had them attached to his left arm.The main problems at Safari Zone Dortmund were bad cellular reception / mobile phone signal and server issues. Both were partly caused or at least made worse by people with multiple devices. These extra devices take away bandwith that could potentially be used for other trainers who play fair. People need to understand that the "one account per person rule" is there for a reason. Using mutliple devices and multiple accounts can be harmful to the game experience of other players. In my opinion it should no longer be tolerated by Niantic and the SilphRoad community.
